Mildred Stowe is the widow of US Navy Veteran, Grady Stowe. She is blind and confined to a wheelchair. She needed a new ramp inside her home to allow her to safely move from her kitchen to her living area. We are so happy to have been able to provide her with this access with the help of our wonderful contractor, WFP, Inc!
